These terms apply to Forge Orbital's public website and public informational surfaces. Customer subscriptions, pilots, NDAs, procurement packages, support terms, and data-processing obligations are governed by the applicable written agreement.
Website content is provided for general informational purposes. It is not a promise of availability, a procurement commitment, a professional-services commitment, legal advice, security certification, or a grant of rights to Forge technology, software, trade secrets, data, models, or documentation.
You may view the public website for evaluation and communication with Forge. You may not interfere with site operation, bypass access controls, attempt unauthorized access, misuse public forms, scrape restricted surfaces, or submit unlawful, sensitive, classified, export-controlled, or third-party confidential material through public channels.
Forge Orbital retains all rights in its names, marks, software, models, workflows, decision logic, designs, content, and other intellectual property. No public website use creates a license, assignment, exclusivity, reseller right, or integration right.
Good-faith security research must follow Forge's public coordinated-disclosure policy. The policy controls over these general website terms for vulnerability-reporting procedure.
