Verification path Offline signature verification does not require a network call to Forge. Running the engine in a restricted or isolated environment is a separate deployment claim requiring qualification.
Honest limit Forge does not claim FedRAMP, ATO, CMMC, or program-specific accreditation. It provides the proof trail that can support those review paths.

Forge is one API: the base URL picks the host, so customer-operated and isolated deployment is the same code and the same contract, not a second architecture. Any given environment still requires workload, environment, security, operational, and accreditation qualification.
