Forge Orbital

Insurance

Underwriting and claims proof that is stronger than the file.

Insurance decisions are built from messy evidence: submissions, broker narratives, control scans, claim notes, exclusions, missing facts, risk models, third-party reports, and human judgment. The customer workflow or a separately scoped adapter maps those sources into bounded summaries, references, hashes, and control results. Forge evaluates that contract and returns a proof trail a carrier, reinsurer, client, or audit team can review. Production use requires managed qualification.

Underwriting Claims Cyber Specialty risk
Why buyers need it

The hard part is not making the call. It is defending the call later.

Where Forge sits.

Before bind Forge weighs the evidence package against the carrier's action menu and marks what supports the action, what conflicts, and what is missing.
During claim review Forge preserves the policy rule, claim evidence, uncertainty, and human authority behind a pay, deny, escalate, or hold decision.
For audits The proof trail lets an internal review team or outside stakeholder inspect the logic without rebuilding the file from memory.
Over time Authorized customer outcomes can be retained for tenant-local calibration only with explicit retention opt-in. Without it, no calibration row is written.

First workflow candidates.

01

Underwriting referral

Take one referral workflow and show why the evidence supported bind, hold, decline, or escalation.

02

Claim escalation

Preserve the policy rule, evidence trail, uncertainty, and authority behind a high-friction claim action.

03

Cyber control exception

Map the control evidence into the bounded Forge contract, then evaluate a clear action: proceed, condition, require review, or reject.

Bring the file that would be painful to defend.

Forge can start with a synthetic or sanitized underwriting, claim, or cyber-risk workflow and show the proof trail before any broad rollout is discussed. The walkthrough does not bind, deny, pay, or execute an insurance action.
